Liverpool have been drawn against Tottenham in the headline fixture of the Carabao Cup third round, with Premier League teams involved in European competitions entering the tournament at this stage.
Manchester United will host Brighton, while defending champions Manchester City have been handed a home tie against Norwich.
Arsenal will travel to Ipswich, while Aston Villa face Coventry away.
Bournemouth will meet Lincoln, Sunderland will take on Hull, and Newcastle United will travel to Millwall.
Everton will host Wolves, while Fleetwood, the only fourth-tier team still in the competition, will welcome Sheffield United.
Other fixtures see Crystal Palace take on Middlesbrough, Leyton Orient face Bradford, Reading host Brentford, and Peterborough meet Barnsley.
Two fixtures are yet to be confirmed, with Chelsea set to face Luton and Fulham scheduled to play AFC Wimbledon. The winners of those matches will complete the third-round draw.
The third-round matches are scheduled to be played during the weeks beginning September 7 and September 14, with fixtures arranged to minimise clashes with the early rounds of European competitions.
